Returns



If an item is damaged during transit, you MUST report the damage to immediately upon receipt by calling customer service or sending an email to [email protected]. Do not discard any damaged packages, we may request photgraphs for the shipping company.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item in your order, we will pay for the return shipping and send you out the correct item. Products must be returned in original packaging, in new condition, and with the authorization of TĂșle Beauty, by phone at 631-439-2946, or by email at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
