All orders are shipped via common carrier at their shipping rates - determined by weight of shipment, number of boxes, and destination. Túle Beauty has no control over the common carrier shipping rates. Orders are normally shipped out within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.
Free two day shipping applies to orders over $99.00 shipping in the contiguous United States and orders over $199 shipping to Canada. Some products are not included as part of the free shipping offer. If a product is not marked with "This product qualifies for Free Shipping" the price of the product is not included in the free shipping order amount. Items that are not included in free shipping include, but are not limited to, cases of gloves and gallons of liquid.
Our goal at Túle is to ship orders quickly, accurately, and pack them with care, to minimize any possible damage that may occur during transit. We also understand that once your order leaves our warehouse, any damage that occurs is out of our hands. If you receive an order that looks to be damaged in transit, please alert us right away. Products must be returned in original packaging, in new condition, and with the authorization of Túle Beauty, by phone at 631-439-2946, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
Túle Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders. We can help you by working with the shipping company to help locate your order. In most cases if your order has been deemed lost by the shipping company, we can send you out a replacement order.
If you feel your order has been stolen, there is absolutely nothing that we can do. Once they provide us with a proof of delivery and its determined that your order has been stolen, we are unable to help you. You must contact the shipper with your tracking number to see if they can help you.
